B: Edge degumming/Bulging and partial degumming: The edge of the pressing plate is damaged and the working pressure is not enough, and the edges of the slab in each interval are not aligned at both ends. Gluing time is not enough, the water content of the double plate is too high, the entrance or the double plate will have impurities and dirt when dispensing.
C: Overflow glue :It is because the adhesive is too thin, the glue is too much, the gap between the back of the double plate is too deep, the water content of the double plate is too high, the curing time is too long and the working pressure is too large.
D: Core board stacking and separation: the pre-embedded gap is too large or too small when the core is arranged for manual service, the timber block is shifted and overlapped when the board is installed, and the edges of the zeros are uneven.
E: Low compressive strength :The pressing standard is not well controlled, such as low pressing temperature, insufficient working pressure, too short gluing time, too high water content of the double plate, insufficient dispensing volume, poor quality of the double plate, and too long or too short curing time. It will also reduce the compressive strength of the plywood.
