The production process of Heibao's Xiaohongban has the following characteristics:

The Xiaohongban of the building template is made of imported radiata pine, mongolica, local masson pine, eucalyptus, etc.After peeling and planing , and drying for a long time before processed into a sheet of skin.

Heibao hires professional glue masters to prepare glue, and sufficient phenolic glue is used in the production of Xiaohongban. These glued veneers are preformed, cold pressed and glued together, and then made into building template.

Then the two boards of the board are pressed together by a hot press, and then the edges need to be trimmed. After more than a dozen processing procedures, high-quality building template can be completed.

1. After fixing the thickness, the thickness is uniform, and the error of a single building template is about plus or minus three meters. Usually a building template with a thickness of five centimeters can be used for bridge construction.

2. Fully full core, secondary molding layer by layer with special glue, which makes the product stable.

3. The surface of the building template is smooth, bright and easy to demould, does not pollute the concrete, and the high-performance template is convenient for workers to construct.

4.The repeated use of the small red board of the conventional house construction template is 8-12 times,and the small red board of different thickness can be reused about 15 times.

5.Heibao's small red board can be boiled under high temperature and high pressure for 12 hours without deformation, and the glue will not be peeled.
