Impregnated paper + (thin sheet + substrate), that is, "primary coating method" is also called "direct bonding"; (impregnated paper + sheet) + substrate, that is, "secondary coating method", also called " multi-layer paste".
(1) Direct sticking means directly sticking the impregnated paper to the substrate surface of the board, first hot pressing the base material and the thin plate, and then hot pressing the impregnated paper and the base material. The direct sticking process has very high requirements for the substrate board. The board surface is required to be smooth and free of scars. Because the impregnated paper is very thin, any problems on the surface will directly affect the appearance of the finish. Moreover, the direct application adopts high temperature and high pressure technology, which can effectively evaporate the moisture generated during the lamination process, ensure a moderate moisture content, and have the advantages of not easy to open, crack, and deform, and have a longer service life.
2) Multi-layer paste is to first attach the impregnated paper to the sheet, and then paste the dipped paper on the base plate after low-temperature cold pressing. The requirements of the re-attachment process for the substrate board are far lower than the requirements of the direct attachment. The gloss and hardness of the eco-board produced by multi-layer paste are worse than that of direct-sticking eco-board, and it is easy to produce wave patterns (obliquely observe the surface) and seriously affect the appearance of the board. In addition, low-temperature cold pressing allows moisture to be retained inside the ecological board. As the temperature difference changes, the ecological board rubber sheet is prone to cracking, board surface deformation, and even peeling and separation of the rubber sheet and other phenomena that affect the service life of the furniture.
The impregnated paper itself has only patterns, no deep or shallow lines to express the texture. When the impregnated paper is hot pressed on the substrate, the lines on the steel plate can be "rubbed" on the surface of the ecological board. The texture of the texture is formed, and the decorative effect of the board is better. The surface of the formed ecological board is called "surface layer", smooth surface, pitted surface, skin-feel surface, stone pattern, cloth pattern, ray, rain silk and very hot synchronous pattern and so on. At present, most of the plates on the market are still in smooth, pitted, and large and small reliefs. With the development of the domestic market, the requirements for plates are getting higher and higher, and there are more and more steel plates. Even if it is the same design and color, the effect of pressing different steel plates is completely different, so what kind of steel plate is matched with which color will be an important direction for our research and experiment. Simply talked about pressing down, and I'm talking about something related.
1. Density board, particle board and multi-layer board can match almost all steel plates, but the fir board is difficult to match the deeper grain. Because the deeper the lines, the greater the pressure. Other boards can be pressed with a 2,000-ton press without being "squashed". If the eco-board is pressed like this, the 18mm thick one will be pressed into 13mm thick,it’s not a joke.
2. The synchronization pattern is simply the synchronization of the steel plate pattern and the impregnated paper pattern, and the effect can be said to be amazing.
3. It's affirmative that the multi-layer paste board is cheaper than the direct post. However, it is hard to see the difference in appearance. Generally speaking, the price of 18-layer board Chinese fir board is lower than 170, and it is basically multi-layer paste board.
