2. Pick up the wooden board from the cutting machine and look at it. First of all, look at the density of the wooden board, weigh the weight, the heavier the weight, the better the density, and the better the product quality. Then break it to see the fracture. If the fracture is neat, it means that the glue is good and the strength is high; If the fracture burrs are too "intermittent" or even layered, it means that the wood template is poorly glued and the product quality is problematic. Afterwards, tear the adhesive part from the fracture to see if the surface is clean and if there are any fibers that have torn each other sticking to the opposite side. If the delamination is very clean, it means that the bonding strength is poor. Process characteristics of plastic-coated plywood

1. Material: The plastic-coated plywood is made of poplar, birch, eucalyptus, and pine. The core board is layered with glue. The plastic surface and the core board use imported hot melt glue. The PP film and the core board are directly bonded.

2. Glue type: imported phenolic glue, melamine glue, plastic surface double-layer PE, PVC, ABS, PP, PET to ensure gloss, matt, and non-slip.

3. Advantages: The plastic-coated plywood products are formed by hot pressing twice, with sanding on both sides, water resistance, no need to brush the release agent, and the repeated use can reach more than 30 times.
