1. Smell. The wooden template that has just come out of the hot press has a fragrance, just like cooked rice. If there are other pungent odors, it only shows one problem-there is a problem with the ratio of glue, too much formaldehyde or phenolic glue is not used, and the product quality is relatively poor.

2. Pick up the wooden board from the cutting machine and look at it. First of all, look at the density of the wooden board, weigh the weight, the heavier the weight, the better the density, and the better the product quality. Then break it to see the fracture. If the fracture is neat, it means that the glue is good and the strength is high; If the fracture burrs are too "intermittent" or even layered, it means that the wood template is poorly glued and the product quality is problematic. Afterwards, tear the adhesive part from the fracture to see if the surface is clean and if there are any fibers that have torn each other sticking to the opposite side. If the delamination is very clean, it means that the bonding strength is poor. If there are fibers sticking to each other, it means that the wood board has a strong bonding strength.The environmental protection plastic-covered plywood has an important impact on project quality control in project construction. The smoothness and flatness of the plywood surface will directly affect the flatness of the engineering concrete surface. Therefore, the plywood production should be based on strict production process control, and the production process technology should be improved in the links of raw materials, gluing, hot pressing and trimming. If the plastic faced plywood is constructed in winter, it must be protected. The surface of the plywood should be cleaned of snow in time to prevent the snow from absorbing the heat of the plywood and causing the board to peel off during freezing and thawing. Sufficient covering should be prepared, and the casting should be covered immediately, especially in winter, the windshield surface should be covered tightly, including the outside of the plywood.

Process characteristics of plastic-coated plywood

1. Material: The plastic-coated plywood is made of poplar, birch, eucalyptus, and pine. The core board is layered with glue. The plastic surface and the core board use imported hot melt glue. The PP film and the core board are directly bonded.

2. Glue type: imported phenolic glue, melamine glue, plastic surface double-layer PE, PVC, ABS, PP, PET to ensure gloss, matt, and non-slip.

3. Advantages: The plastic-coated plywood products are formed by hot pressing twice, with sanding on both sides, water resistance, no need to brush the release agent, and the repeated use can reach more than 30 times.
